Our Practice

We operate within Sam's Club independently.  The staff of Green Bay Eye Care and Sam's Club work side by side seamlessly to not only meet, but also exceed your needs.  Membership to the Club is not required to access our eyecare services, however there may be discounts available for materials such as glasses or contact lenses with a membership.

Our office provides full-scope eye care including eye examinations for patients of any age, dilated retinal exams, glaucoma evaluations and treatment, treatment for pink eye and infections, diabetic exams, and much more.  We specialize in advanced contact lens fits, including soft and hard multifocal lenses which can eliminate the need for reading glasses and distance glasses altogether.

Follow-up visits are always included at no charge for 60 days for each diagnosis.  Children can also return to the office for "youth re-checks" within 6 months at half off of all fees.  We have many more perks and services, just ask!
